Equipment Introduction & Technical Parameters


1. Equipment Type & Application


For the above four types of solid waste, the mainstream equipment includes submerged arc furnace (mineral heat furnace), DC melting furnace, rotary hearth furnace + electric furnace combination line, which achieve both harmless disposal and resource recovery.

2. General Process & Structure


  1. Raw Material Preparation: Crushing & grinding → Batching & pelletizing → Drying.
  2. Main System: Furnace body (steel shell + refractory lining) → Electrode system → Power supply system → Water cooling & flue gas cleaning.
  3. Key Reaction: High-temperature reduction/melting → Slag-iron separation → Tapping → Waste heat recovery.
